Individuals interested in submitting announcements of events (conferences, symposia, exhibitions, etc.) or positions (faculty jobs, scholarships, fellowships, or study programs) are encouraged to do so online through the form pages for Announcements on this website. After approval by the HOPOS Webmaster, submissions will appear on both the online archive and be forwarded to the HOPOS-L listserv. Announcements remain on the website permanently, but are moved to an expired section after the date submitted for closing of the event or position. Use of these form pages ensures that information on items of interest is complete, consistently formatted, and is available publicly online in addition to being posted to the members of our list.

Other messages such as inquiries or discussion topics can be sent to the HOPOS-L list by joining the listserv, and posting an email directly to the list. Details for joining HOPOS-L are provided in the Listserv section of this website.
