Registration for HOPOS 2020 will open on 1 April 2020 and close on 31 May 2020. All registration must be done online.
HOPOS 2020 will not have onsite registration.

Please read this BEFORE you proceed with your online registration and payment.

1. Conference Registration Fee

On-campus accommodation booking (see below) will be done concurrently during this period ONLY. No further bookings will be accepted after 15 April 2020.

Important Notes

All HOPOS 2020 participants (speakers and attendees) are required to register, and to register, a person must be (or become) a member of HOPOS. For information on the current two-year membership rates for HOPOS, please go here.
To renew or create your membership to HOPOS, or to check whether you are already a HOPOS member, please visit: http://hopos.org/join/.
Those wishing to stay in on-campus accommodations must register for HOPOS 2020 no later than 15 April 2020 so that the appropriate accommodations can be secured.
Your registration is not complete until the Local Organizing Committee has received the full amount of your registration fee. Verification that your payment has been received will be sent to you via an automated email.
The organizers reserve the right to remove your paper from the program in the event that either (i) your HOPOS membership dues or (ii) your conference registration fees have not been paid in full by 31 May 2020.

2. Conference Dinner/Congress Banquet (No Pork, No Lard, Vegetarian Options Available)

Venue: Genting Hotel (Jurong)

Your RSVP and payment will be submitted when you register for the conference.

4. On-Campus Accommodation (Student Hostel)

We anticipate that there will be both off-campus and on-campus housing options for HOPOS 2020. Please read our guide on Staying in Singapore before making a decision about your accommodations.
Information about off-campus accommodations can be found here. If you are interested in staying in on-campus student dorm rooms during HOPOS 2020, you may indicate so when you register. The Local Organizing Committee will contact you in April to finalize your booking.
If you are sharing a room, you must provide your roommate's name. NB: Each roommate should submit a separate request for on-campus housing so that payments can be processed appropriately.
Payment for on-campus accommodations will only be requested of you once the Local Organizing Committee has confirmed your room allocation.
